Meet the Duncan'sUnfinished by Duncan (UBD) is a woman-owned small business based in Peoria, Arizona owned by Shannon Duncan.
I (Shannon) specialize in creating hand-drawn art prints inspired by traditional tattoo aesthetics with a macabre twist. My mission is to make art accessible to all, embracing inclusivity and celebrating the beauty in the unfinished. -

Where do you ship to?
Currently, shipping is offered within the United States and its territories only.
All orders are processed and shipped from our studio in Peoria, Arizona. - 
            
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress. - 
            
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns on unused and undamaged items. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. - 
            
Do you accept custom commissions?
Commission Request FormYes! I love bringing your ideas to life. To request a custom commission, please fill out my Commission Request Form with as much detail as possible about your vision. I'll get back to you with pricing and timeline information.

How should I care for my print?
To preserve the quality of your print:
- Keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
 - Store it in a cool, dry place (if not going to use immediately).
 - Frame it behind glass to protect it from dust and damage.
