Shipping policy

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact me and I’ll help you investigate it. Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local delivery service first.

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. I may be able to update it if the order has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, I cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package redirected.
